Welcome to C'est Cheese!

We are a small, family run cheese shop in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. Founded in December of 2003, our mission is to provide excellent, friendly, personal service alongside the best tasting cheeses and foods.

C'est Cheese Tastings

We're happy to announce that C'est Cheese will now be offering two tastings per month, usually on the first & third Monday of each month, at both 6pm & 7:30pm. Click here to view the 2012 Tasting Calendar! Tickets will be available for each tasting a month or more in advance and can be purchased through our online store .

In February, we'll be hosting a special Valentine's Day tasting on Monday the 13th - Chocolates & Dessert Wines!
Join us as we taste through 6 delicious chocolates from L'Artisan du Chocolat based out of Los Angeles. L'Artisan is a small family run shop where French style chocolates of the highest quality are made with a passion for quality! We'll be enjoying the chocolates with a Tawny Port and a Spanish Sherry. C'est Cheese Private Tastings

Did you know that C'est Cheese also hosts private tastings in the evenings?! Whether you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or just want to get together for a fun cheese & wine filled evening with friends, a C'est Cheese private tasting makes for a great night. For a minimum of 12 people up to 24, we take you through three flights of cheeses each paired with a delicious wine and we end the night with some gourmet chocolates and dessert wine. Wanting to have a few friends and family over for the holidays but don't want to spend days planning and cooking? Then give us a call and order a delicious cheese & salami platter from C'est Cheese. We can even supply the wine & dessert (and we'll happily chill the whites and sparklings for you too). All you need is to supply the holiday cheer! What could be easier or more delicious? C'est Cheese offers about 120 different types of cheese alongside over two dozen cured meats, a modest but well-priced and high quality selection of wines, and a whole wall of delicious goodies that go far beyond just crackers. From supplying cheese to the best Santa Barbara restaurants to offering beautiful cheese platters and reception catering, C'est Cheese is a full service specialty food store.
