Using a blend of three cheeses - Appenzeller, 4-Year Aged Cheddar, & Mozzarella - and grilled up on our panini machine, our signature grilled cheese is, well, addictive!

NEW! BLT-GC $9.50
Yes, you read it right, a BLT Grilled Cheese! We've added bacon, our house-made tomato marmalade & arugula to the Signature for a truly delicious grilled cheese!

Goat Grilled Cheese - $9.50
We blend raw goat cheddar and goat gouda, add Spanish chorizo, sweet roasted piquillo peppers, arugula, and grill it to perfection.

"The Joe" - $8.00
Created by one of our loyal customers, this grilled cheese has the addition of our housemade olive spread. We were skeptical at first, but it turns out to be an incredible combination.

Ham Grilled Cheese - $9.00
A classic combo! And we're not just using any kind of ham, oh no. We add our Niman Ranch applewood smoked ham to our signature grilled cheese. Need we say more?

Turkey Grilled Cheese - $9.00
The addition of our Turkey Galantine, made by Fra' Mani, to our signature grilled cheese makes for this tasty combination.

Truffled Grilled Cheese - $9.00
In honor of March Mushroom Madness, we've brought back this delicious grilled cheese. Made with a mixture of Il Boschetto al Tartufo truffle cheese and Mozzarella, it's a must have for those who love truffles!

Almost like a reuben, it's our Signature Grilled Cheese with ham, thinly sliced red onions and dijon mustard.
