Monthly Classes

We love to talk cheese. Maybe it's us, but we find the whole cheese-making process as well as the stories behind the makers to be udderly fascinating. (yes, "udderly"...sorry)

C'est Cheese Monthly Classes generally include 5 cheeses from a given region paired with a glass of wine (or beer at times) selected to complement them beautifully. We do, however, frequently mix things up and do something a little more out of the ordinary, covering such topics such as salami, honey, chocolate or caviar. We bring in tables & chairs and our classes are conducted classroom style (don't worry though, they're very informal so you won't get in trouble if you have a question or a comment you'd like to share!).

Prices are usually $22/person with wine, or $18 without (subject to variation depending on the topic covered), and last about an hour. Tickets must be purchased in advance, which you can easily do at our online store, which will have the upcoming tastings currently on sale. Please note that we have a 48 hour non-refundable cancellation policy.

Private Cheese Tastings

For those looking to entertain a larger group, C'est Cheese also hosts private cheese tastings, which we are able to structure a little more eleborately, usually entailing 4 cheese flights along with 4 paired wines. Private tastings are hosted for a minimum of 12 people up to a maximum of 24. They last a little over 2 hours and take place after store hours, beginning at 6:30PM Monday - Saturday.

We charge $60/person, which includes 10 cheeses, 4 wines, a charcuterie & pate board during a short break in the middle, and chocolate truffles at the end. We guarantee you won't walk away hungry! A private tasting at C'est Cheese makes for a fun, informative evening for a group of friends, a fundraiser, or an office party. Contact us for available dates or more details.
